Are you stuck in the maze of manifestation techniques? Not sure if you’re doing it right or feeling overwhelmed by all the methods out there?
I’ve been there too. In fact, I’ve experienced it all—the excitement, the confusion, the self-doubt. But today, I want to share the truth about manifestation and why it’s not about following endless techniques.
Manifestation Isn’t About Following Endless Techniques
When I first started exploring the Law of Attraction, I was intrigued. The idea that I could attract what I wanted just by raising my vibrations and tapping into the universe sounded simple—and empowering! But as I dove deeper, I quickly got lost in a sea of techniques.
From lighting candles at midnight to trying the 3-6-9 method, I was trying everything. Some of it felt fun at first, but after a while, I realized I wasn’t manifesting anything I wanted—I was just attracting more self-doubt and confusion.
It wasn’t until I discovered the Law of Assumption that things started to click for me. The Law of Assumption teaches that manifestation isn’t about “attracting” anything from the universe. Instead, it’s about understanding your inherent power and embodying the state of the person who already has what they want.
When you stop chasing techniques and start focusing on who you are, you’ll realize that manifestation isn’t about “getting” anything—it’s about becoming the version of you who naturally has everything you want.
Why Manifestation is Simpler Than You Think
In the world of manifestation, it’s easy to get caught up in the idea that you need a perfect set of techniques. We’ve all been there, right? Buying courses, reading books, and watching countless videos, hoping that someone will give us the secret technique. But the truth is, manifestation isn’t about collecting a list of methods—it’s about simplifying your approach and embodying the state of someone who already has their desires.
Over time, I realized that manifestation isn’t about checking off a list of techniques. It’s about realizing who you really are. The key is to embody the state of someone who already has their desires.
This isn’t something you do just once—it’s a mindset shift that you return to again and again. And when you start truly living as if you already have everything you want, your external world will begin to reflect that. It’s about being consistent, grounded, and living from a place of trust in your own power.
What About Techniques?
I’m not saying techniques are useless. In fact, I still use things like scripting, affirmations, and SATS (State Akin to Sleep) from time to time. But here’s the difference: I no longer see them as the key to manifestation. They’re simply tools to help me reinforce the state I want to embody.
For example, if I want to manifest a large sum of money, I’ll embody the feelings of someone who already has that money. But at first, it can feel a bit fake or forced. That’s when techniques like affirmations or scripting come in to keep me on track. With regular practice, it becomes second nature, and manifestation starts to feel incredibly satisfying.
I now see these tools as a support system to help me stay focused on the state I want to embody. The state of someone who knows they are worthy of everything they desire.
The Daily Practice That Changes Everything
The one thing I do every day is embody the state of someone who already has what they want. I ask myself: How would I feel if I already had my desires? How would I think? And then, I let those feelings and thoughts guide my actions throughout the day.
Another key practice is meditation. It’s not for manifestation, though—it’s for self-regulation and spiritual connection. Meditation helps me stay grounded and connected to my true self, no matter what’s going on around me.
By making this a daily habit, I’ve learned to live from a place of inner peace and trust, knowing that manifestation is not a race—it’s a natural extension of who I am.
Manifestation Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated
Ultimately, my goal is to live a wholesome, purposeful life. And I can do that without attaching myself to specific manifestations. By realizing that manifestation is an ongoing practice of embodying the person I want to be, I’ve learned to trust the process and stay focused on what really matters.
In future videos, I’ll share more about the tools and techniques that have supported my journey—things like subliminals, mandala art, and refining your self-concept. But most importantly, I’ll show you how you can simplify manifestation by making it a lifestyle rather than just another “technique.”
