For years, I wrestled with understanding the Law of Assumption. Like many, I started with the Law of Attraction, trying to stay positive and think happy thoughts all the time, but it felt forced. It wasn’t until I encountered the Law of Assumption that things began to shift. I learned that this approach isn’t just about positive thinking; it’s about adopting a new mindset or identity that aligns with your desires.

The Law of Assumption states that our thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions shape our reality. To make real change, you need to go beyond mere belief—you need to embody the state of being that matches your desired outcome. Once I understood this, I finally began to see the results I’d been looking for.

Changing your mindset isn’t easy! At first, even as I affirmed my new identity, inner voices would resist. Sound familiar? If you’ve struggled with doubts or negative self-talk, you’re not alone. Ask yourself, “What state or mindset matches my desire?” This question is key to manifesting in alignment with the Law of Assumption.

  1. Affirmations and Self-Talk: I counter negative thinking with empowering affirmations that reinforce my new self-image. When I catch a limiting belief, I say, “Nah! I’m not that old me anymore; I’m the new me.” Then, I affirm statements like, “I am confident,” “I am successful,” or “I am the best version of myself.”

  2. Meditation and Subliminals: Meditation and subliminals help me maintain a positive mindset and stay focused on my goals. By listening to these regularly, I’m able to reinforce my desired state and stay committed to my journey.

  3. Sleep Affirmations: Using affirmations before bed allows my subconscious mind to internalize positive beliefs while I sleep. This practice has been a game-changer in helping me stay in alignment with my desired state.

Over time, I noticed that my reality started to reflect my new mindset. I became more aligned with my goals, and manifestation became easier.

Consistency: The Key to Success with the Law of Assumption

Manifestation isn’t about wishful thinking; it’s about consistently aligning your mindset with the reality you want to create. When doubts or setbacks arise (and they will!), gently remind yourself that you’re choosing a new state. The Law of Assumption works when you stay consistent and committed to your desired identity.
